These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MILEWAY mobile application ("App"), operated by Firefly Real Estate, Inc. ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
MILEWAY is a mileage tracking tool intended for personal and business use. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of any data you enter or export from the App.
MILEWAY PRO is available as a monthly or annual auto-renewing subscription. Subscriptions are processed through Google Play and managed by RevenueCat. By subscribing, you agree to the billing terms presented at the time of purchase.
New users receive a 10-day free trial of MILEWAY PRO features upon first launch. This trial is provided at no charge and does not require a payment method. It does not automatically convert to a paid subscription. When the trial period ends, PRO features become unavailable until you choose to subscribe.
All trip records, location logs, and odometer data are stored locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or have access to your mileage data. You are solely responsible for exporting and retaining records required for tax or legal purposes. We are not liable for data loss resulting from device failure, app uninstallation, or other circumstances outside our control.
MILEWAY provides mileage tracking tools only. Nothing in the App constitutes tax, legal, or financial advice. You are responsible for verifying that your records meet IRS or applicable tax authority requirements. Consult a qualified tax professional for guidance specific to your situation.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that GPS tracking will be accurate under all conditions. Use of the App for tax purposes is at your own discretion and risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Firefly Real Estate, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to lost data, missed deductions, or tax penalties.
We may update these Terms as the App evolves. Material changes will be noted by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
